Slowing Internet Growth

Andrew Orlowski notes that the growth of people using the Internet in the United States has stalled. And not for economic reasons, but rather due to lack of interest. He notes that the situation is far different in places like Japan, where cellular phones are the most popular form of internet access device. How all of this will affect the growth of the “Second Superpower” is uncertain.
