Sami Al-Arian Condemnation

Authored by Michael Pate on June 14th, 2003 at 11:22 PM

Sami Al-Arian is accused of being the North American Leader of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Like Al Capone, he isn’t accused of actually murdering anyone himself, but merely the organizing and fund-raising for homicide bombing campaigns. Now the American Association of University Professors has condemned and is considering censure against the University of South Florida for terminating his employment. It is nice to know that in fight against terror, American university professors stand with the terrorists. Note: I am a USF graduate (a BS and MA), although how that would make me biased in this case, I can’t see.
