Fantastic Business Decisions

I think Marvel (in the form of Joe Quesada and Bill Jemas) intends to make the comic as similar to the movie as possible. Anyone who gets their way is expendable. It is not about talent, but marketing, although with the recent gaffes involving the Hulk, it can be easy to forget.

Mark Waid's writing gig on Fantastic Four seemed like the perfect fit in many ways both for Marvel and Waid.
