MT Licensing Issues

I had been so busy reading the stuff about PIE or whatever it is going to end up being called, that I missed the MT License Debate. For what it is worth, I have always thought the Commercial Use of Movable Type stuff was more than a little confusing. I hope the outcome of all of this, like with PIE, is a positive step forward.
