France and Britain

Authored by Michael Pate on September 12th, 2003 at 1:15 PM

A great many of the difficulties that have faced the relationship go back to the profoundly different experiences that we had in the war, with, quotes, Britain standing alone, and quotes, France capitulating and surrendering to the Germans. - Jack Straw

I’m probably the last person to see this already, but I came across another Google joke. Go to Google and type in “French Military Victories” and hit the “I’m Feeling Lucky” search button. - Todd Sweet
