Al Gore’s son is arrested for pot posession. It would be really cool if one of the Democratic candidates could explain why marijuana is illegal. - Dave Winer

Albert A. Gore III, 21, was arrested Friday night after he was stopped for driving a vehicle without its headlights on. - Associated Press

Could it be because people under the influence of marijuana do really stupid things like drive around at night without their headlights on?
